Here are answers to some common questions. 
  • What happens if I’m unhappy about something?

    Our aim is to make all our clients happy and satisfied with our service but we know sometimes we’ll get this wrong. When we get it wrong please contact us through our complaints email address and we would do everything possible to address the issue.

  • Is there a limit on transfers?

    We understand that some of our clients have needs and requirement that may require the substantial transfer of funds and we can certainly help in every case subject to our AML policy.

  • Will I be able to stop a transfer once initiated?

    The processing of all transactions take place within seconds, therefore, we would advise you to contact us ASAP to make the request. Unfortunately, if the transfer is already completed we would not be able to recall or cancel the transaction.

  • How do I know when the transfer is done?

    You will be able to view the list of all your recent transactions and their status. This would let you know if the transfer has been completed, in progress or unsuccessful.

  • What will I get charged for my transfer?

    Bcon Solutions Ltd. offers you a free transfer of funds for all your personal and commercial needs FREE OF CHARGE. No hidden commission or transfer fees.

  • Do I have to register with Bcon Solutions?

    We require all our clients to register but the process can be completed within a couple of minutes and once completed you can enjoy seamless transfer of funds as needed.

  • Would you have access to my bank account if I give you my details?

    No, we do not have access to your account and details will never be shared with anyone.
